Talk:2004 general election
One of the states with a significant exit poll discrepancy for Kerry was New Hampshire. Ralph Nader requested a recount because of this, but the recount found no changes and was prematurely called off. Many hailed this as evidence that the 2004 exit poll discrepancy was false. However, the 2008 New Hampshire primary had a brazenly illegitimate recount, making it quite plausible that the 2004 recount was rigged. It should be investigated how the 2004 recount was conducted and whether there were any signs of impropriety.
